At first the item (although despatched) wasn't delivered (by Royal Mail). When I contacted the seller they replied immediately and the item arrived within 2 days. The merchandise appears to be very good quality and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately the delay forced me to buy an alternative before the items arrived - which was annoying but not the seller's fault.
