    We bought this item for my wife who has been suffering with nagging pains to her right shoulder and back. It arrived in good time but unfortunately, and not because there were any problems with the item, my wife found the support brace to be uncomfortable. At this point I decided to apply for a refund and within no time at all, I was fully refunded and the company seemed to dismiss sending me the QR image for me to return the item. MY CONCLUSION IS THAT THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!
