    I did reply to you and ask if there was any damage to the goods and you did reply with no. I also advised that I would take this up with Parcelforce, on yours and Abtec's behalf regarding the packaging damage as this did not leave our building damaged. Very unfair you have left us neutral feedback. 🤔
