Had a slight issue with the delivery as the parcel was left outside my house hidden behind the bushes without any note to let myself know. The seller has contacted the carrier to notify them of the issue, and the seller was fast to respond to my query and had excellent communication. Would definitely use this seller again! The item arrived in excellent condition and the appearance was as expected from the pics and great value as well.

    Goods as described. Excellent value. I do wish that e bay would not use yodel. They left the wrong parcel at my neighbours door, Which I delivered for them. I don't mind delivery being a little late, But the delivery person never knocks the door or rings the bell. The parcel can be lying at my front door for ages until I check my e mails and discover it's been delivered. We have a description in Scotland for useless companies. They are NUMPTIES.

    Item was missing a key part to make the floor jack function. Seller issued a fair refund so I could purchase the part elsewhere. This is the problem with sellers using fulfilment centres. They are not claiming responsibility for delivery hiccups. Thankfully after a few messages we came to an acceptable refund. That being said the item was delivered in a timely manner, minus the key part.

    My second purchase - have lots of coffee pods - quick delivery but again the box was battered, split and parts of the box open. Not enough for the pod holder to fall out. Can recommend as these hold a lot of pods. Thank you
