Fist you have to pay import tax Ā£50 what is not stated on item !!! Part arrived faulty, I was told to get it repaired & they would pay the bill !!! No I will have a refund , i sent the item back to a different address as asked by seller, seller will not respond to message or give refund , had to get Ebay involved, money back guarantee, but it still cost me Ā£55 . Wouldn't bye off this seller again , very unhappy customer with seller , but not with Ebay

Resolved buyer's query with additional support. Seeking help from eBay where the buyer accepted our proposal understood our concern and clearly wrote on eBay's comment "will remove the feedback". We tried to connect with eBay customer support, but they didn't remove the feedback. Hope the buyer will help us in removing the same. Thank you.
