    Excellent buying experience from the start to the finish. We wanted to buy 2 identical cupboards but only 1 was available on eBay. I contacted the seller and he quickly found another 2 in another warehouse. The 2 cupboards arrived quickly. What we really liked 1) Excellent packaging, so that the glass and other parts would not be damaged 2) Good quality parts numbered with small stickers 3) Easy to follow instructions 4) Back of unit can be wiped down! 5) A nice bookmark included!

    Arrived with packaging very badly damaged and the item broken so refused to take delivery from the EVRi agent. The retailer kindly agreed to replace the item. EVRi then redelivered the original one the following day hidden in a black plastic bag and the agent was gone before we new what they had done.
