    Everything was there, but the HDD/battery cover didn't fit my particular unit due to manufacturing differences in the Mark version of the particular ToughBook CF-28 that this goes to (CF-28 Mark III) vs the version I now own (CF-28 Mark I). The port covers were a perfect match, and so were the latches. Well packaged, as described, and good value. Shipping was through UPS, and arrived on time. Thank you!
