  After a while they sent a message with a bogus reason why the product will not arrive. Curiously at the same time it just went out of stock. Would not prove their claim about a broken shipping label and the carrier did not report anything related. Seller refunded out of their own accord, but lied. Might be trying to increase buy count by lying. Or they were honest, who knows. Wasted time, I did not get the product.
