  Unfortunately the item was damaged in transit, packaging could have been better. The delivery was delayed which might be how it got damaged. However the sellers communication was prompt and apologetic. A full no quibble refund was given straight away. Excellent customer service. Shame the product was damaged as it would otherwise have been perfect.
