    Contacted the seller on a Sunday afternoon and he responded within minutes. I needed 2 reels delivered ASAP and was told they would be sent first thing the next day on 48hr delivery. Reels arrived Wednesday morning as expected. 1 reel had the spool catching on the main body, luckily I managed to find a spare washer from a smaller reel and make it work. Thats a manufacturing issue. 100% reccomend this seller and will definitely use him again. THANKS

    I’ve contacted the seller regarding my parcel not arriving. Haven’t have much luck with communicating with them. I’ve now reported it to eBay. I personally wouldn’t buy from the seller as their courier company is unreliable and you may not get your delivery so don’t waste your time and money buying from the seller.

    tracking states item was delivered to your door and you were notified of time not a lot more we could do to be fare we have communicated with the buyer all through this claim

    i find you a very sad individual i made it clear item wasnt in the place it was supposed to be so presumed it was sold weeks later found item in another box by accident so re listed item messaged you with an explanation of what happened but you choose to ruin some ones business because of your attitude over a minor error
