    Bottle stopper arrived broken, being packed in a tube of bubble wrap only works if it isn’t open ended. Funny no broken piece came out off box. Getting a refund wasn’t easy. But it did eventually happen. Seller not recommended. Attention to detail isn’t something he is good at. Which is a requirement for an artist. The bottle that was shipped to me wasn’t the one pictured and then he didn’t have another one. Compare the image of the bottle that was for sale to the one I reported as broken.

    I refunded the money and it was effortless. As an apology for the usps breaking the stopper of the perfume bottle I told the customer to keep the purfume bottle as a gift. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have cause.
