I will never buy from this seller again. I bought this for my 80yr old mother in Florida, but accidentally had it shipped to me in NY. I immediately cancelled, re-ordered correctly, and sent four messages to seller via eBay. All messages were ignored, the second (correct) order was shipped, then hours later the cancellation was refused because the first order (wrong) was in the process of being shipped. I have sent further messages to the seller, but I have receive no response of any kind.
