I was asked to ring on the day of delivery to check what approximate time it would be delivered. The delivery actually arrived one hour early but the delivery guys rang me and I asked if the pallet of garden furniture could be put as close to the house as possible, which they did. The furniture was very well packaged and protected. The communication and service was excellent.
