    Delivery date passed - but with no delivery. Contacted seller to be told, not available - would be refunded but no refund. Had to contact eBay who advised no refund instigated by seller., and so eBay resolved. Terrible experience from a seller, not how you treat a customer. Ebay system would not allow 'leave feedback' to activate until I had rated the item - but I don't have item to rate :-) so I ticked 1 star so as to leave feedback :-)

    I wouldn’t buy again from this company, they have a very bad after sale policy. I reported to them I had made the mistake of not charging my address but called them immediately after placing the order and they assured me that they would cancel the order but they didn’t. Now I find myself having to pay for chairs that I didn’t receive…..Awful experience and sooo stressful, never again!!!!

    I wish I can leave a negative star if possible as it was not even worth 1 star. I am shopaholic and my entire life I ordered online stuff including all my furniture but my experience with this order was torturous, frustrating and regretful. The product was damaged then on complaining they faked it as they were sending replacement for free so I discarded the damaged one but after a week suddenly they changed their mind and started to ask old and cancelled replacement and return request both. .

    Expected it to be made of actual wood and cane but main body is not proper wood. Also it says it is posted from London but turned out it came from France so took longer than expected. Looks ok now it’s together but not the quality I expected for the money.
