About us
From a catering back ground of nearly 30 years being the owner of Wilson's Caterers.
I make and sell Gluten Free Cakes developed for myself but found people enjoyed them being home baked and they have no nasty extras in like many shop bought gluten free goodies.
There is no risk of cross contamination as I have no gluten containing items in my kitchen. Every cake is made fresh to order and I will contact you to tell you when it will be mailed so that you are assured of them arriving as fresh as possible.

There was no response to my messages about late delivery, it was sent 2nd class not RM tracked 48 so it arrived later than described & I ordered 4x brownies & 2x lemon drizzle, but got 4x lemon drizzle & 2x brownies. Firstly the late delivery message was recieved, I checked deluvery and tracking showed it had been delivered and then before I could reply literally 5 mins later you messaged to say it had arrived. Secondly Tracked 48 estimated time was 2 days after the the estimated time on 2nd class delivery time so it was the best. Thirdly I include postage which is 2nd class royal mail others have to be charged extra to the £3.19inc Sorry about the item mix up.
