Sadly I only noticed this after the courier had taken a picture of me holding it, so although I had then refused the delivery, it took a while for the courier company to find the parcel.. As soon as that was sorted (took a few days!) the seller refunded me immediately and I re-ordered.

    The best service I have ever had on eBay. I literally ordered this last night (Wednesday) thinking I will receive it on Friday or Saturday. But today (Thursday) afternoon I received a phone call saying if anyone was going to be home. As someone will be delivering the items in a couple of hours. I am very happy with the service they provided me and I will 💯 be buying from Hear again. Highly recommended. Item is as described and obviously it arrived in excellent condition. Thank you seller.

    Haven't done the service yet but all items look of a good quality. Everything arrived in good condition. The outer box was punctured but this was down to the courier I expect. Nothing inside was damaged as it was all wrapped in bubble wrap. The service kit is good value for money in my opinion and as said, looks good quality and in appearance. The seller did well to deliver the kit in a couple of days which is excellent!

    Difficult to review. The seller did a fantastic job, sent the parcel out on time but it got stuck in a National Sorting Hub and never moved and not seen again. My questions to seller were answered quickly and satisfactorily. My questions to Evri were not answered. The seller offered to send the order again or refund. I chose the delivery gain and the item arrived the very next day. Seller deserves 5 and Evri 0.
