    Hi everyone, I just wanted to share something positive about a seller I recently interacted with. I received a package of guitar plectrums from them, but unfortunately the postal envelope was ripped on one side and some of the plectrums were missing. I quickly reached out to the seller to inform them of the issue, and they responded promptly by sending me two sets of guitar plectrums instead of one.
