Really terrible customer service . Received my evaporator motor in an envelope with the pole you put fan on sticking out of it damaged. Had to go through eBay for refund. And for them to send me postage label as they just sent address and no label .

So purchased on the 2nd of May. Dispatched on the 9th May, (Royal Mail 48 ) arrive 11th of May. I purched these as I needed them quite soon and with it stating royal mail 48 I should get them for when I needed. I emailed 5 days later to ask where they was and was asked to wait, and stated I needed them, so in the end I needed up going into town to purchase what I needed anyway. Not happy at all. Customer service is terrible. Be aware if its something you need at within the time scale stated.
