  Item condition was marked as Open/Used however description only mentioned that the Promos were missing, received product only to find that not only were promos missing but all TCG packs were open with hits removed, purposely chose to omit these details in hopes of making a sale, upon further investigation you could see from previous feedback left within the past 6 months he had done the same with the same product with another customer.
