Received email from supplier on 16 Dec saying they'd had a problem so they were upgrading delivery to 1st class post. Actual delivery 19 Dec Hats off to the supplier for telling me about their (unspecified) problem and for enhancing (unasked) my delivery method. Goods still arrived 3 days past original deadline. But they were well packed.
