  Worst experience I've ever had with a Seller.. Absolutely no response from this Seller - apart from rejecting my initial cancellation request - (made beause moments after ordering, I realised I'd ordered the wrong size!) Despite 3 messages to this Seller, I was left hanging, without a reply. And although they'd rejected the cancellation request, my goods were never sent. Grateful for the safety net Ebay provides. They have ordered my refund today.

  Ordered slipper boots which never arrived, after giving it a long period, to allow for bad weather etc I had to contact eBay who said a refund would be given if no contact from the seller after 3 days was made, suffice to say the seller never got in touch .
