    I had an issue with the DRO not reading the scales properly. After going back and forth with customer service trying everything they suggested the problem is still there. I asked for a refund several times and they replied with changing the setup different than their instructions show. I asked for a copy of instructions that show this and I never received them. After I tried the last suggestion without any success I have been requesting a refund and they no longer respond. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
