    Seller sent me a defective part , there was a ticket in the box stating what it was and label defective all they done was stick a label addressed to me over a returned part. flat out pitiful service , they wont send me another they just want to sugar coat it . it didnt even have the clutch tool that was supposed to come with it . the proof is in the pictures . the box was ragged out from shipping also . he said to try the clutch we did and it rattles something awful. so refund our money bottom

    Sent UV K5 instead of UV K5(8) but it didn’t have Egzumer as advertised. Seller very apologetic and gave a discount. UV K5 is pretty much same radio anyway. With the discount, I have purchased programming cable and will add Egzumer myself. Even though there was a mixup with the listing, I am happy with the outcome and the action the seller took. Shipping of the item was nice and quick. Mistakes happen.

    Ths seller is sent me the wrong parts and is refusing to send me the correct ones, they staye ordered the wrong parts but their ad said it was the correct part. They refuse me a refund or replacement and want me to pay return shipping,which is almost as much as the 240.00 parts that I bought. I can't get a phone call from them very limited emails which are at 2 a.m. in the morning. VERY DISHONEST BUYER BEWARE. I gave added photos of the part they listed which should be what they sent but wasnt
