  Item arrived as described and we absolutely it. Delivery was later than I was told, but the delivery drivers got in touch to apologise explain the delay so happy with that. The bed/headboard is so grand and of incredible quality. I noticed one of the slats was slightly snapped and I got in touch with them and they gave me a call the next day to organise a new slat to be sent out. Customer service is 5* and I absolutely could not be happier with the bed.
