    This was bought as a gift. It arrived without the box that was shown in the picture, just in a velvet pouch. I messaged the seller and they responded instantly, apologised for the mistake and sent an empty box out in the post, which arrived the next day. Both deliveries were revieved packaged perfectly, to ensure there was no damage to the items. Even though I bought it as a gift, I did remove the plastic stopper cap to smell it and it smells gorgeous. I will definitely buy from the seller again

    I have never left negative feedback in the 16 years I have been shopping on eBay. This company has to be the very worst I have used in that time. Despite emailing this company many times when it was clear the item had never been posted they continued to reply periodically with absolute garbage about my item. I urge everyone find another company. There are many good and honest sellers on eBay. I received my refund today 11 days after I first reported I hadn’t received my item. Appallingservice.
