I ordered this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift, and when it arrived It wasn't the item shown! Which isn't a whole big deal to him because he loves this character, but he already had the same kind of plushie, so I messaged the seller telling them about the problem and they were fast to respond and help with everything as quickly as they could, and ofc ask me for a refund which I took. The only downside is the disappointment we felt when it wasn't the right item.
