    The advert is quite unclear and off putting, I paid ten pounds for what I thought was a selection of floats but to my utter dismay and disappointment I recieved just one float. I contacted the seller who was quite unhelpful and told me to send it back if I wasn't happy. Not much help as I needed one of these floats to fish in a competition two days after I recieved it. Not a happy bunny paying a tenner for a float that's only worth a couple of quid. Steer well clear of this company.

    Offered refund as customer not happy but didn't want to send item back to us. Advert did not state they would receive 5 floats (like they assumed) and the selected float size was sent out & received promptly. Was also rude and insulting via messages to member of staff trying to help.
