  Seller accidentally sent the wrong item as it had the wrong label on. I contacted seller and they were very polite and apologetic and posted a replacement item that very same day which I received the next day, plus as an extra sorry sent an extra gift too! Amazing service! On the item, I decided to buy this more expensive bit holder rather than a cheap one and I'm so glad I did, they are of excellent quality and worth the money.
