  Item came as described, in good condition, despite being poorly packaged. The item was purchased via eBay but seller decided to send the item using an Amazon barcode and in Amazon packaging, meaning it took two visits to the collection point and almost 30 minutes total going back and forth with a very patient cashier in a very busy shop before I was finally able to collect the parcel. Queried this with the seller after my first failed attempt to collect and they were no help whatsoever.

  Unfortunately, the model supplied did not have an Ethernet port despite the item description suggesting that it did. I had to return it. Comms were good and I got a full refund within 48hrs. These things happen I guess and the seller accepted their error and remedied things without a fuss.
