However in dealing with the seller, they were very open to sending me another item, but when they did not have another item that was the same, they provided a full refund. That is all I could ask for, and just for that I will do business with this seller again. I can deal with a bad product, it happens. I cannot deal with a bad or shady seller, and this seller kept their word and fully refunded me.
