My wife and I saved £350.00 by buying this freezer from Appliances Star. No marks or damage to the unit, only slight damage to the packaging as it said on the advert. Having found this washer/dryer at £100 cheaper than anyone else, I was a bit dubious (you get what you pay for, right?) I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service received, the speed of response to my messages and the professionalism of Appliance Star. I am very happy with the service all round, and although it was advertised that I would get the appliance within 4 days of my order, it still arrived within the week. The delivery team were great and removed the old machine. Recommend

Great service. Easy ordering, quick dispatch, fast delivery. Delivery driver very polite and helpful. Bought a 'Grade 1' listed tumble dryer. Came well packaged, still with protective cellophane on dials, panels, door etc. Only 1 very small, barely noticeable, scratch on one side (hidden when under counter), hence the Grade 1 rating and aligned to the description. Such a great price for what is a zero impact defect on a new appliance.
