Item as described. Immediate delivery via email. Code provided didn't work so I sent a message to the seller who immediately apologised indicating that the code had been entered into the email incorrectly and that CC should have been GG. When I tried this it was successful - so all good.

Great support from seller when I had a question. I received replies to each of my messages (I had problems with my MicroSoft account, no problem with seller's product), and all were courteous and patient. The type of products sold are not physical objects that must be sent via a parcel service, so be prepared for electronic delivery. Also, if there is a problem it may be with the publisher, and that isn't the seller's fault.
