immediately after ordering I messaged that I needed it for a concert and to please ship right away. He printed the shipping label, but did not ship for another 5 days. These shirts are not made until they are ordered even tho his store said 2 in stock. I never received a reply to my message. Would have cancelled if I knew it was a presale - and then they were shipped ground advantage. I would have paid extra for priority just to have it in time. TLDR slow shipping zero communication- do not buy

The listing clearly states that all of my items are custom made to order. My shipping policy also states that the handling time is 3 business days. The buyer purchased on a non-business day, and the package actually shipped out 3 BUSINESS days later. I would have gladly addressed any issue if the buyer would have contacted me. Also, the shipping method is clearly stated in the listing. This impatient buyer didn't even contact me to resolve before leaving a negative comment. Sellers beware!
