Shipping was fast from Japan to U.S and the packaging job was very safe and considerate 10/10. The guitar came in great shape and was exactly as pictured. They also included a set of strings and a nice handwritten note with a cool origami which I appreciate :D Overall, I had a great buying experience, super professional and would highly recommend.

Amazing seller! The bass is even better than described. Pictures were totally accurate. Also, this seller is a professional boxer and packer. I have never seen anything packed as thoughtfully, safely, and with such care, as if it is a priceless work of art! Buyers, do not have any fear, the reviews are true. Phenomenal seller. Fragile product arrived impossibly fast (to the US, from Japan), packaged and padded very meticulously (wish if gotten a pic of how impressive the packaging was), and topped off with a hand written note and origami swan! Had a glitch with the product's operation so I contacted the seller, and they walked me through fixing it while also assuring me they'd replace it if truly broken. Wonderful experience, great seller. Highest possible recommendation.
