    I ordered a cream diamante ottoman. A SILVER one was sent it said cream on box I contacted seller and was told that i have to ORDER ANOTHER one before they can send it so pay another 25 quid, then I have to sort out returning the silver one! AWFUL service the fault is NOT mine i cant afford send money again then wait to be refunded to my bank also i would lose out on the post fee and return postage which is more than the total cost , the correct one should be sent then THEY arrange return!
