The first was promised for delivery their courier, Bartolini, doesn't update its tracking and it disappeared. 2 months later the second bath was delivered unannounced at 9am, the uncommunicative driver smelled of alcohol. When unpacked the bath panel was badly scratched on both sides INSIDE the packing! Sent pictures to this seller, but they offered no help and now he's stopped communicating. Quoted €225 to repair the panel locally. Be warned!
