    I ordered 9 nose studs only 5 arrived so I immediately contacted the seller with a photo and explained what happened they asked me to take the packaging apart to check which I did but no more found Seller said she had done the order herself. I asked how this was going to be resolved either by a refund or missing items to be sent. Since then I have had no response. I am now out of pocket and only have and an incomplete order. Tried contacting eBay for advise but no luck there. Appalling
