  My issue is that the casings are a food item & were handled & put in a plastic envelope completely unwrapped. This is unhygienic & we could not use these casings for salami that we serve to our restaurant customers. Seller did offer a return promptly but for a £7.99 item it cost more in time & petrol than the refund value. Hence disposed of. We think the seller should wrap these items properly in a vac pack or similar. If you are in the food business maybe best avoided IMO.

  The buyer refused to return the item for full refund including postage a classic example to finding irrelevant issues to have the item for free.
