    I couldnt be more pleased and satisfied with this seller than I am. On receving my order of Weedol weed killer instead of the twelve tubes I had ordered and paid for, unfortunately only three tubes arrived. I contacted the seller who apologised and said he would look into the situation. Three days later I received a message from the seller telling me that another TWELVE tubes were now on the way and to keep the previous three tubes sent earlier by mistake. I wish all sellers were as considerate

    I ordered a pack of 4. I only received 1. I have contacted the seller & they said I must have selected 1. Not the case, the listing description was 4 x lighters. I clicked buy it now & my basket said a pack of 4. When I paid, I got my email through stating a pack of 4. Clearly not my mistake. The delivery was not as listed. Customer service ignored me since. I did tell them I was not happy & was going to leave negative feedback, but still completely ignored. I gave them a very fair chance.
