It arrived with no packaging at all and had been rolling around in the van for 2 days so was considerably scuffed. They sell parts to be painted and say the courier is supposed to do this when collected, clearly they don’t. Comms was good when I contacted but was asked for photos and videos to prove the damaged. I haven’t pursued as need to the car on the road. Value would have been good had it been undamaged as in the ad.

However I did have a small problem. The mounting bracket had corroded and a bit had broken away and I was concerned that it would effect my ability to use it so I reported it to ASM who handled it very quickly and sent me a replacement which arrived the next morning, so well done ASM. The measure of a company is how they handle a problem and ASM exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much.

The lock package was surrounded / cushioned with layers of corrugated box cardboard and dispatched in a very large box. Very quick delivery. Part was as described and in excellent condition and helped my car pass its MOT. Very pleased. Will have no hesitation in using this seller again . A+++++++++++++++++

Exactly as described (even better after polish!). Plenty of pics to check out pre purchase really helped. Delivered next working day by ASM company van. Hassle free purchase. Have used ASM before and service is great. Very happy with price after shopping around the competition. Will certainly use ASM Auto Recycling again if I need to!
