  Seller took a week to put barebones tower in the mail. Had to contact them to ask them to ship it. When it did finally arrive case was bent, and 2 of the 4 memory slots did not work. The description said it was a fully functioning unit. Seller said they would send a new motherboard, but it never arrived and they stopped answering messages. Would NOT recommend! It was cheap for a reason.

  I left a neutral rating for this seller due to a less than perfect buying experience. They sent the wrong part. They were "looking" for the correct part for days, but each time, I had to follow up to find out if they had the item I had ACTUALLY purchased. They did not. To their credit, they did supply a prepaid return label for a refund. But to actually get the refund, I had to message them yet again. Mistakes happen, but I should not have had to do so much legwork for their mistake.

  Unit was in very good condition and very well packed. UPS has serious issues with shipment and delivery, but seller followed through and was very responsive. Overall a very good experience despite the shipping issues.

  Purchase was made July 26th. Arrival date was on or before August 6th. Item shipped August 7th after we opened an item not received case. They did not even purchase a shipping label until after we asked when it would ship. And then they still did not ship until we could open a case. Nice laptop except the corner is busted in and the two halves do not fit together properly. The screen was snapped out of place. Packaging was excellent so it did not happen during shipping. Not a fun experience.
