I hadn't used this supplier before, but my Samsung Galaxy was fine, and in perfect condition, as described. It was bubble wrapped rather than in any box, and only came with a cable, nothing else. So I was glad to have the other bits from a previous purchase elsewhere. I would have preferred a box, micro SD remover, and charger, but the product was keenly priced and as described.
