  mine arrived with 2 red wires and a white wire I pretty much knew what connections they went to but to be sure I mailed the seller and they replied very quickly confirming that the white wire went to earth my original element had an earth tag on the outside of the element all i had to do was connect the fridge earth to the white wire and reds to the switch and to the thermostat controller happy days, excellent customer service and an excellent heating element thanks guys

  No fault of seller but delivery company Yodel, let the seller down with poor delivery. Seller did help me by contacting Yodel, should have been delivered Saturday delivery actually arrived Wednesday. Sent out 2nd February arrived 12th. Items, twist studs are very good value. Would recommend.
