  I did not have a pleasant transaction with this seller. I had to get Ebay involved to get a full refund. The item I purchased did not work as advertised. I contacted the seller and the seller tried to rip me off by not giving me a full refund. The seller stated he could only give me a percentage back and I had to remind the seller of the full refund policy on their page. They made it difficult to return my item. They asked for my PayPal account to send me money for the return. Too much to deal.

  The item arrived in perfect condition. However the heating portion does not work correctly. The seller did offer a partial refund, but apparently he couldn’t offer too much because they take it out of his paycheck. Which I find appalling. Shame on you employers for taking advantage of employees. I tried contacting the manufacturer and they failed to respond to me. It is not the end of the world , however, if I pay for a fully functional item, it should be fully functional .
