  Seller does a scumbag sleight of hand move where he takes two samples of his choosing from the packaging. The manufacturer website says 18 samples in a set and the seller claims new and not tampered with, but he literally opens the package and skims the two samples he wants from every set! See the attached pictures where he did a 9/7 split on the two compartments and took two from the right half. Seller will not respond to what I unearthed about his scumbag habits.
