    Item received was not the one pictured. It also broke in shipping due to packaging IMHO. Seller had include new part as if they assumed it would break according to his post shipping Communications? Regardless, seller did allow for return of item and ebay issued refund. So other than the hassle of the sending it back process, all is well that ends well, so I give neutral rating instead of negative..
