The appeal is excellent. The installation process is not usually plug and play. I am sure it is not the case for the majority. I happen to have one with a disadvantage. However, I managed to make it work with a few bypass situation. The product is an excellent choice for those that like variety of functions, inventive, and unique fond for functionality. I will give this unit a thumbs up. For the price, reasonable. You pay for what you get. Audio quality, acceptable.

The directions were OK. in my directions the color for the power to backup camera was listed as pink but the actual wire was brown. I used Google translate to translate the Chinese writing on the cables to English. additionally, I had a similar issue with the power to my amp. There is a blue cable coming off the new radio harness (the one with the connections) to the backup camera that needed to connect to a wire that needed to connect to the main harness. Also had to choose CANBOX as "Raise" .
