    Order placed for under seat cabin case. On I opening packaging, wrong colour had been dispatched. Item was in excellent condition, good quality and good value . I contacted Bag Magic who were very helpful in organising the return and providing instructions on what to do. They offered either a refund or to send the correct colour. As I needed the case for going away, I bought a different bag and requested a refund. Very helpful and if I needed a case I would purchase from BagMagic again.

    I'm giving a positive because the bag is as described and the seller gave a little discount, however they did not read a message I'd sent when purchasing and therefore posted too early for me. They admitted they'd not read it, however the message bit serves a purpose for customers and is important, therefore going forwards i hope they remember to check messages for others. A nice bag though and just what I was after!
