  Item was received broken due to poor packaging and I left negative feed back. Was asked to remove negative feedback as it will have a negative position for them as a business. They offered a replacement but would take 15 days and I obliged with removal once I received the replacement item intact. They then offered a refund and asked me to replace item by ordering again. More seems to focus on their reputation than good customer service I felt guilt tripped into leaving good feedback.

  Won’t allow me to send negative but item stated 925 Sterling Silver but it’s not its plate and has no hallmark and a blackish tinge. Order was placed on 4 th December stating it was from Britain but it’s not it’s arrived on the December 16th from China. Contacted seller no response. Am not going to the effort of returning to China. I would be out of pocket. Other buyers be aware. Something not quite right here! Not real silver. Not British. No integrity. This was a gift. Total waste of money!!!
