    Item arrived 4 days from payment. PC was packaged excellently in 2 boxes, and had expandable foam inside the case. Unfortunately GPU was damaged during transport, so contacted the team and they were very understanding. Traded it in for a same-spec replacement GPU within the week. Excellent, transparent customer service. 0 performance issues with the PC otherwise. If you know where to look, you can tell it's refurbished but looks like new at a glance. Great price. You have a repeat customer!

    Cannot be happier with the purchase. The PC was in mint condition, not even a single scratch on the case. All the pictures and specs were genuine, everything runs smoothly. The seller dispatched it the same day, and I’m honestly surprised by the quality of packing - they even included a filler to keep the GPU in one place during shipping. Overall, a great machine for its price, and the seller acted very professionally. 10/10, would recommend to my friends.
