Item arrived 4 days from payment. PC was packaged excellently in 2 boxes, and had expandable foam inside the case. Unfortunately GPU was damaged during transport, so contacted the team and they were very understanding. Traded it in for a same-spec replacement GPU within the week. Excellent, transparent customer service. 0 performance issues with the PC otherwise. If you know where to look, you can tell it's refurbished but looks like new at a glance. Great price. You have a repeat customer!

Cannot be happier with the purchase. The PC was in mint condition, not even a single scratch on the case. All the pictures and specs were genuine, everything runs smoothly.
